Title: Independent Marketing Representative

Job Description: Call on a list of company types and network in an effort to solicit their help in providing names and phone numbers of seniors interested in the Reverse Mortgage program (herein called a “lead”).

Compensation: $30 for all Qualified Leads plus a Bonus of $200 if an Application is submitted. There is no requirement to contact the leads direct, just submit them to your Manager and they will be contacted directly. Business Cards & Brochures will be provided, however no other costs (i.e. mileage, gas) are reimbursable.

Qualified Lead – Must have name, address, phone number and lead’s source, they must own the home & land (if manufactured home it must be newer than June 1976). the youngest borrower must be 62 years or older, their mortgage balance must be less than 50% of the FHA loan limit for their county or appraised value (whichever is less), AND they must have inquired or be interested in learning about Reverse Mortgages.

Note: The Representative is not involved with obtaining the Application or the Close. An Application is not a Close. Earnings are not affected in anyway by the Close rate. A detailed monthly Status Report will be supplied.
